About the service

Who responds

A siren with nobody to respond to it is just noise. The central alarm receiving centre (ARC) is the answer to the question everyone who installs an alarm asks: who will respond when I'm not there, when I'm asleep, when I'm at the coast? Our operations centre runs 0 to 24, every day of the year, and receives signals from hundreds of sites: intrusion alarms, fire alerts, tampering, power cuts, and even the silent alarm an employee triggers with a foot under the counter.

Central Alert System (CAS), Alfa Security

Verification and protocol

Every signal on the operator's screen opens the site's record: a floor plan with zones, contact people in order, the agreed protocol and cameras if there are any. The operator first does video verification: in a few seconds they see whether there's a person or a cat in the yard, whether the alarm was tripped by a sensor on the warehouse door or a PIR in the office. Then the protocol you defined follows: a call to the owner, a call to the police on 192, a response team dispatched to the address, or a combination. Everything is logged: the time of the signal, the time of response, the outcome.

Connection and packages

To the ARC we connect systems we installed ourselves, but also existing alarms and cameras from other installers: communication runs over the mobile network (a SIM in the panel), so the alert doesn't depend on your internet or power. Monthly packages start from €25 for monitoring with a call, and packages with a contracted response team dispatch are set according to the location and type of building. For companies with several locations we provide consolidated monitoring with a single monthly report.

More than incidents

The ARC is also a tool for everyday life, not just for incidents: it alerts you if the shop isn't locked and armed by 10 p.m., if a cold store has lost power, if fire detection in the warehouse went off over the weekend. Small notifications that prevent large losses. That's the difference between equipment that records problems and a system that intercepts them.

How we work

From your call to full monitoring in four steps

01

Call and assessment

You call or send an enquiry. In a short conversation we define what we're protecting, from what and by when. For premises we arrange a free site visit.

02

Plan and quote

We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.

03

Delivery

System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.

04

Monitoring and maintenance

The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions: central alert system

01What exactly does connecting to the alarm receiving centre mean?

Your alarm panel or fire detection sends signals to our operations centre over the mobile network. An operator sees every event 0-24, checks it and responds by the protocol we defined together: a call to you, the police or a team dispatch.

02How much does the ARC cost per month?

Monitoring with verification and calls from €25 a month per site. Packages with a contracted response team dispatch depend on the location and type of building; you get the exact price in the quote after a site visit or a review of your existing system.

03Can I connect an alarm someone else installed?

In the vast majority of cases, yes. A technician checks the panel, installs a communicator if there isn't one, and tests signal transmission. If the equipment is faulty or too old, you get a list of what needs replacing before connection.

04What if the operator can't reach me?

That's why, when contracting, we define the order of contacts (you, family members, the responsible person in the company) and the rule for when the police are called or a team is sent without waiting. The protocol is yours: we just carry it out consistently.

05Are events logged?

Yes, every signal, call and dispatch is recorded with exact times. For companies we produce a monthly report per site; in the case of incidents the record also serves the police and the insurance company.

Need alarm monitoring?

The site visit and quote are free. Fixed price within 24 to 48 hours, no hidden items.
