About the service

The work before the escort

Personal protection isn't walking next to someone in a black suit. It's a craft where 95% of the work is done before the principal steps out of the car: threat assessment, checking the route and location, an arrival and departure plan, a fallback scenario and communication with staff at the venue. When that part is done right, the escort itself looks inconspicuous, and the incident doesn't happen because it was anticipated and avoided.

Personal protection, Alfa Security

Team and assessment

Our guards come from military and police units, with years of operational work protecting people and premises. An engagement starts with a conversation and a risk assessment: who the principal is, what the threat is (threats, disputes, public exposure, family cases), what the daily routines are and where the vulnerable points lie. Based on that we propose a level of protection: from a discreet single-person escort to a team with a driver, advance and a link to the police.

Engagements and discretion

We do short-term engagements (court hearings, business meetings with risk, public appearances, arrivals of foreign partners) and continuous protection (managers, company owners, people under threat, families). Discretion is absolute: we sign a confidentiality agreement before the first conversation about details, and information about the principal doesn't leave the operational team. We adapt the team's dress and conduct to the environment: a business gathering calls for a different profile than a construction site or a night event.

Price and urgent cases

The price is set per hour or day of engagement, depending on the number of people, duration and risk assessment; continuous engagements are contracted monthly. For urgent cases (an acute threat) we respond as quickly as possible and help arrange the rest of the system too: technical protection of the home, a change of routines, communication with the police.

How we work

From your call to full monitoring in four steps

01

Call and assessment

You call or send an enquiry. In a short conversation we define what we're protecting, from what and by when. For premises we arrange a free site visit.

02

Plan and quote

We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.

03

Delivery

System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.

04

Monitoring and maintenance

The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions: personal protection

01Who is personal protection for?

For anyone with a concrete reason: threats, a court dispute, public exposure, a risky meeting or the arrival of a partner from abroad. It's not reserved for famous people; a large share of engagements are entrepreneurs and private individuals in specific situations.

02Is the protection visible or discreet?

As we agree. Sometimes visibility is the message (a public event), more often the goal is for no one to notice the escort. We adapt the team's profile, dress and bearing to the situation and your wishes.

03How much does a bodyguard cost?

Per hour or day, depending on the risk assessment, the number of guards and the duration. A one-day engagement of a single guard starts from roughly €250 per day; we give an exact quote after an assessment, confidentially and without obligation.

04Are your guards allowed to carry weapons?

We carry out private security work within the framework of the Private Security Act, which prescribes the conditions for equipment and powers. The level of equipping is defined by the risk assessment and the legal options for the specific engagement; we discuss this openly during planning.

05How does cooperation begin?

With a confidential conversation: you describe the situation, we carry out a threat assessment and propose a level of protection with a price. We sign a confidentiality agreement immediately, and we can activate protection at very short notice when the situation is acute.
