01Do you do technical security for both private and business premises?
Yes. The same systems protect a house and a hall, the difference is in the design. For homes we most often install video surveillance with 2 to 4 cameras and an alarm with alerts to your phone; for business premises we design a combination of video surveillance, access control, fire detection and a connection to our alarm receiving centre.
02Can you connect an existing alarm or cameras to your alarm receiving centre?
In most cases, yes. Our central alarm receiving centre receives signals from all standard alarm panels and IP cameras. On the call-out, a technician checks the equipment's compatibility and suggests any modifications.
03How long does installing a technical security system take?
Video surveillance or an alarm for a flat or house we typically install in one day. Business premises with several subsystems (video surveillance, alarm, fire detection) take 2 to 10 working days, depending on the size of the building and the stage of works.
04Do you offer maintenance and service of installed systems?
Yes, with every installation we offer a maintenance contract with periodic inspections and priority call-outs. For fire detection, periodic testing is also a legal obligation, so we plan it in advance for you.
05Do you give a warranty on equipment and work?
The installed equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, typically 2 to 5 years, and we give our own warranty on our work. With a maintenance contract, the warranty periods on the work are extended.
