01What are our security obligations as a company?
Depending on the activity and building: fire detection and extinguishers per the fire threat assessment, technical security under the Private Security Act for some activities (currency exchanges, jewellers, petrol stations), and GDPR rules if you record the premises. On the site visit we tell you exactly what is an obligation and what is a recommendation.
02Can you consolidate the protection of several locations?
Yes, that's our most common business model: all locations connected to the same alarm receiving centre, with one monthly report and one contract. For retail chains and logistics centres we build a standardised system that is replicated across locations.
03Recording employees and GDPR: how to handle it?
Video surveillance of workspaces is permitted with a clear purpose, signage and a policy. With the installation we provide notice and record templates and set footage retention in line with regulations, typically up to 6 months except for special cases.
04What if we already have systems installed by another contractor?
We take over maintenance and monitoring of existing systems if they're technically sound. First we do a review: what works, what's for replacement, what's missing. Often the existing equipment is kept and only the recorder or panel is replaced.
05Do you also do night patrols?
Yes, alongside permanent guard posts we also offer patrols: a vehicle visits your site at irregular intervals during the night, with an electronic record of every patrol point and a report in the morning.
