Alfa razminiranje d.o.o. grew out of work where there is no room for error: humanitarian demining. Today we apply the same discipline to protecting people, homes and business premises.
01Where we come from
Work where error doesn't exist
Alfa razminiranje d.o.o. was built on humanitarian demining: work where every step is documented, every procedure respected, and improvisation gets no second chance. Over the years the team has cleared more than 7.3 million square metres of terrain in Croatia and worked on international projects in Iraq, including the clearance of cluster munitions and improvised devices.
02Where we took it
The same discipline, new ground
Alfa Security is the continuation of the same standard in protecting people and property: technical security with our own alarm receiving centre running 0 to 24, guards from military and police units, and procedures certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. For the client it means one simple thing: when something happens, you don't call five companies but one number.

Four rules we don't negotiate
Assessment before the quote
We don't sell equipment from a catalogue but a solution for a specific building. That's why the site visit is free and a mandatory part of the process.
Everything on paper
The quote, deadline, warranty and response protocol: written before the start. Verbal versions don't exist.
Discretion
Information about protected people and premises doesn't leave the operational team. A confidentiality agreement is the standard, not the exception.
We answer for the whole
Technology, people and the alarm receiving centre from a single source means there's no passing the blame. One contract, one responsibility.

01How long has Alfa razminiranje d.o.o. existed?
The company was built on many years of work in humanitarian demining in Croatia, and later on international projects in Iraq. We developed the security and technical part (Alfa Security) as a natural continuation: the same people, the same rules, new ground.
02How do you differ from other security companies?
In the origin of the team and the standard of work. The people come from military and police units, procedures are documented to ISO 9001, and references include 7.3 million m² of demined terrain. We offer technology and people from a single source, with our own alarm receiving centre.
03Do you have the required licences and certificates?
Yes: permits for private security under the Private Security Act, authorisations for mine action, and ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certificates.
04Where are you based and can I come for a meeting?
Our head office is at Malogorička 11, 10431 Sveta Nedelja, about ten minutes from the Zagreb ring road. Meetings by arrangement; the office hours are weekdays 08 to 16; the alarm receiving centre runs 0-24.
