We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.
Delivery
System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.
Monitoring and maintenance
The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

01What services does Alfa Security offer?
Four fields: technical security (video surveillance installation, alarm systems, fire detection and a 0-24 central alarm receiving centre), guarding services (personal protection, guarding of premises and events), cyber security for information systems, and demining and deep terrain search.
02Where do you operate?
Our base is in Sveta Nedelja near Zagreb. We install technical security across Zagreb, Zagreb County and beyond, contract guarding and demining across Croatia, and we have run demining projects in Iraq as well.
03How much does video surveillance installation cost?
A package with 2 cameras, a recorder and installation for a flat or smaller house starts from €590. An average house with 4 cameras comes to roughly €900 to €1,400, and business premises are done by project. The site visit and quote are free.
04What is the central alarm receiving centre and why do I need it?
It is our operations centre that receives signals from your alarm, fire detection or cameras 0-24. Instead of a siren waking the neighbourhood, an operator checks what is happening within seconds and dispatches a response team or calls the police. The monthly fee starts from €25.
05Do you work for private clients or only for businesses?
Both. For private clients we most often install video surveillance and alarms with monitoring; for businesses, complete solutions with fire detection, cyber protection and guards. See our Solutions for home and Solutions for business pages.
06How quickly can you install an alarm or cameras?
After the quote is accepted, standard installation for a flat or house happens within a few working days, and the installation itself takes one day. We try to handle urgent cases (after a break-in) within 24 to 48 hours.
07Are you licensed for guarding work?
Yes. We operate under the Private Security Act, our guards hold the required permits, and the company works to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. The team comes from military and police structures.
08Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, for all technical systems: periodic inspections, replacement of batteries and parts, priority fault call-outs. For fire detection, maintenance also includes the statutory periodic testing with documentation.
09Can you survey land before construction?
Yes, that is our deep search: using ground-penetrating radar and a magnetometer we survey the terrain to a depth of 6 m and locate metal objects and possible explosive ordnance before excavation. We issue a survey report for the investor and contractor.
