Three jobs at once
Video surveillance is the first thing a burglar checks and the most common reason they give up. A well-designed system does three jobs at once: it deters before the attempt, alerts you at the moment of the event, and keeps footage that later stands as evidence with the police and in court. A poorly set up system does only one thing: it creates a false sense of security. The difference isn't in the camera but in the design: where the camera sits, what exactly it covers, how the cable is protected and who responds when something happens.

Equipment and viewing
We install high-resolution Longse IP cameras (4 to 8 MP) with a 30-metre infrared night range and motion detection that tells a person from a cat or a branch in the wind. Longse is a proven manufacturer of professional video surveillance equipment (longse.com), with good availability of parts and support on the Croatian market. We size the recorder to the number of cameras and the desired retention: we typically keep 15 to 30 days of footage, with automatic overwriting of the oldest material. You view all cameras in a mobile app: live, back in time or by event, from any location.
Viewing from your phone
You watch all your cameras from your pocket: live, back in time or by individual event, from any location. In a single app (iOS and Android) you arrange all cameras on one screen, get a notification the moment detection triggers, and save or forward the footage right away. The same view works on a tablet and a computer too.
Price and installation
Prices depend on the number of cameras and the complexity of the installation. A package with 2 cameras, a recorder, a disk and complete installation for a flat or smaller house starts from €590. An average family house with 4 cameras comes to roughly €900 to €1,400. Business premises (shops, warehouses, production halls) are done by project: after a free site visit you get a floor plan with camera positions, an equipment specification and a fixed price. Installation for smaller premises takes one working day.
Response and GDPR
Video surveillance shows its true value only combined with a response. That's why every system we install can be connected to our central alarm receiving centre: when motion detection triggers at 2 a.m., you don't watch the footage — our operator does, and by the agreed protocol calls you, the police or sends a response team. We don't skip the GDPR part: with the installation you get recording notices, a policy template and correctly configured footage retention.

The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

Typically 15 to 30 days, depending on disk capacity and the number of cameras. The GDPR recommendation for most uses is up to 30 days; for special requirements we size a larger disk.
04Can I watch the video surveillance from my phone?
Yes, live and back in time, from the app on your phone or computer. You grant access to family members or colleagues, each with their own password and level of rights.
05Is recording the street or neighbours allowed?
No. We aim the cameras to cover your plot and approaches, and mask corners and private zones in software. With the installation you get the prescribed video surveillance notices and a documentation template.
