01How much does protecting a house with cameras and an alarm cost?
A basic package for a flat (an alarm with 3 sensors and alerts to your phone) starts from about €490. Houses most often combine 4 cameras and an alarm, roughly €1,100 to €1,800 with installation. The exact price depends on the building, which is why we do a free site visit before the quote.
02Can I watch the cameras on my phone from work or on holiday?
Yes. All systems we install have a mobile app with live viewing, footage review and motion-detection notifications. It works on iOS and Android devices, from any location.
03What happens when the alarm goes off and I'm not there?
If you contract a connection to our alarm receiving centre, an operator sees within a second which sensor was triggered, checks the cameras and by protocol calls you, the keyholder or sends a response team to the address. Without the ARC, the system only sends a notification to your phone.
04Is the installation tidy? How much drilling and cabling?
For flats we most often use wireless sensors, so drilling is minimal. For houses we plan cabling along edges and through existing channels; after installation everything is tidied up, with no dangling cables.
05Do you offer instalments or equipment rental?
The equipment can be paid by card in instalments according to the bank's terms, and for packages with an alarm receiving centre we offer models where part of the equipment is paid off through the monthly fee. We work out the details in the quote.
