About the service
Preparation and plan
A good event is remembered for its atmosphere, a bad one for an incident. Event security is work that goes unseen when it's done well: the crowd at the entrance flows, risky points are covered, alcohol doesn't escalate into conflict, and the organiser deals with the programme instead of problems. Behind that stands preparation: a risk assessment for the specific event, a security plan aligned with the public gatherings regulations, a deployment of stewards by point and clear communication on who does what when something goes wrong.

Stewarding service
We work events of every scale: private celebrations and weddings, corporate events, sports competitions, concerts and city festivals. For public gatherings we take over preparing the plan and communicating with the police and other services; for private events, discreet monitoring that guests don't notice. The stewarding service covers entrances with ticket and prohibited-item checks, the event area, backstage and car parks, with a link to the ambulance and fire brigade when the event requires it.
Team composition
The number of stewards isn't a matter of feel but of calculation: venue capacity, audience profile, alcohol sales, an evening slot, the history of similar events. Based on that we propose the team composition: stewards, licensed guards, a security manager and, if needed, personal protection for performers and VIP guests. The team arrives trained for the specific event: the deployment, procedures, radio link and assembly points are defined before the first guest enters.

Price and notice
The price is calculated per steward/guard and hour of engagement, with preparation included in the quote. A smaller private event (2 stewards, an evening) starts from roughly €300, larger events by plan. The earlier we start, the better the preparation: ideally 2 to 4 weeks before the event, and more for large festivals.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions: event security
01How many stewards do I need for my event?
It depends on capacity, audience profile, alcohol and the time slot. A rough rule for smaller events is 1 steward per 50 to 100 guests, but we always confirm the number with a risk assessment: you send us the basic details and get a proposed composition with a price.
02Do I need a security plan for a public event?
For public gatherings, as a rule yes: regulations require a security plan, a stewarding service and registration of the event. We prepare the plan, size the service and communicate with the police on your behalf; you get documentation ready for registration.
03Do you also do small private celebrations?
Yes, from a birthday in the yard to a wedding with 200 guests: a discreet steward at the entrance, car park monitoring and intervention only when necessary. Two stewards for an evening start from roughly €300.
04What if an incident happens?
The team acts on predefined procedures: the incident is isolated, those involved separated, the police or ambulance called if needed, and everything documented for the organiser. The goal is for the rest of the event to run without interruption.
05How far in advance should I book a date?
For smaller events 1 to 2 weeks is enough, for larger ones with a plan 3 to 4 weeks, and for seasonal dates (May-September, December) as early as possible. We handle urgent enquiries according to team availability.
