About the service
How an alarm works
The average break-in takes less than ten minutes, and most happen through a door or window on the side not visible from the street. An alarm system cuts that scenario short in the first minute: a magnetic sensor registers the opening, a PIR sensor motion in the space, and the panel triggers the siren and sends an alert in the same second. The question that makes or breaks a system's quality is: who does that alert reach, and what happens then?

Three levels of alerting
We offer three levels. Basic: an alert to your phone, you decide what next. Middle: an alert in parallel to you and our central alarm receiving centre, where an operator checks the event 0 to 24 and calls by protocol. Highest: all of the above plus a response team dispatched to the address. For flats we most often install wireless systems (no chasing walls, 3 to 4 hours to install); for houses and business premises we combine wired and wireless components to suit the building.
Prices and equipment
A basic kit for a flat (panel, 2 magnetic sensors, PIR, siren, 2 fobs or a PIN keypad) with installation starts from €490. Houses typically need 6 to 10 sensors and outdoor sirens, roughly €800 to €1,300. Business premises are designed to order: zones, delays, partitions for parts of the building that run in different modes (shop and warehouse, office and archive). Every quote contains an exact equipment list and a fixed price.

Everyday use
An alarm must not be complicated for daily use, or the household stops arming it. That's why at handover we set up scenarios that follow your day: a night mode that guards the upper floor while you sleep downstairs, fob arming for children or older members, automation that alerts you if the system isn't armed by 11 p.m. Batteries, servicing and expansions are handled through a maintenance contract, with priority fault call-outs.
What it includes
For flat and house
A system armed with a single touch when you leave and a night mode while you sleep. The alert reaches you and, if you wish, our centre too, which calls the police or a team when you're unavailable.
- Wireless: tidy installation in half a day
- Night mode guards the ground floor while you sleep
- Fobs for the household, PIN for guests
For business premises
Partitions for different zones, a record of who armed the system and when, and automatic checking of whether the premises are secured after hours. All alerts go to the receiving centre with a protocol for your building.
- Partitions: shop, warehouse, office separately
- Record of arming per user
- Response protocol agreed in advance
How we work
From your call to full monitoring in four steps
Call and assessment
You call or send an enquiry. In a short conversation we define what we're protecting, from what and by when. For premises we arrange a free site visit.
Plan and quote
We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.
Delivery
System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.
Monitoring and maintenance
The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions: alarm systems
01How much does an alarm system for a flat cost?
A basic kit with installation from €490: panel, two magnetic sensors, a PIR motion sensor, a siren and control by PIN or fob. An alert to your phone is included; connection to the alarm receiving centre is an option from €25 a month.
02Wired or wireless alarm, which is better?
For flats and finished interiors, wireless (fast, tidy installation, batteries last 2 to 5 years). For new builds and larger buildings, wired or hybrid, because it doesn't depend on batteries and is easier to expand. On the site visit we recommend the option for your building.
03What if the power or internet goes out?
The panel has its own battery backup for several hours of operation, and communication runs over the mobile network (SIM), so the alert gets through even without home internet. The system reports a power cut and tampering as separate events.
04Will a pet trigger the alarm?
No, if the system is designed properly: we use pet-immune PIR sensors (up to 20 kg) and position them so the pet's usual movement doesn't enter the detection zone.
05Can you take over an existing alarm from another installer?
In most cases yes: we check the panel, replace batteries, update users and connect the system to our alarm receiving centre. If the equipment is outdated, we suggest replacing only what's necessary.
