Every service includes an on-site assessment, a written quote with a fixed price and the option to connect to our 0 – 24 alarm receiving centre. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures apply to every call-out.

Frequently asked questions
01Are your guards licensed?
Yes. All guards hold a permit to perform private security work under the Private Security Act, and a large part of the team comes from military and police units with many years of operational experience.
02How quickly can you organise a security team?
For standard requirements (guarding a site, a smaller event) we organise a team, as a rule, within 48 hours. For more complex engagements with a risk assessment and a security plan, 3 to 7 days of preparation are needed.
03Do you cover all of Croatia?
Our base is in Sveta Nedelja near Zagreb, and we contract engagements across all of Croatia. For multi-day engagements outside Zagreb and the surrounding area we include the team's logistics in the quote.
04How is the price of security services set?
The price depends on the number of guards, the duration, the risk assessment and the equipment needed. After a short conversation and a site visit we prepare a written quote; for continuous guarding of premises we contract a monthly price per guard post.
