About the service
A new kind of damage
For most companies the greatest damage today doesn't come from broken glass but from locked data, stolen passwords and fraudulent payments. Ransomware, fake invoices and phishing emails don't pick by company size: small and medium companies are a frequent target precisely because they invest in protection less often. Cyber security is a set of measures that reduce that risk to the lowest possible level, before an attack happens, while it lasts and after it passes.

We deliver the cyber security service in cooperation with a specialised IT partner, the company ISI servis, which covers the technical part of protecting information systems. For you that means one thing: one contract and one point of contact for your entire security, both physical and digital, instead of coordinating several suppliers. Scope of protection
We adapt the scope to the size and activity of the company. It typically includes a vulnerability assessment and a security review of the existing IT infrastructure, protection of the network and devices (firewall, antivirus and endpoint protection), backups and a data recovery plan (backup and disaster recovery), email protection from phishing and malicious attachments, and access control and password management. The goal is simple: that the business doesn't stop even when someone tries.
People and compliance
The weakest link is almost always the human, not the equipment. That's why, alongside technical measures, we run staff training: how to recognise a fake email, what not to open and how to act when in doubt. For companies subject to regulations (GDPR, and increasingly the NIS2 directive) we help arrange the documentation and compliance measures. The first step is always a free assessment of your state: we tell you where you're vulnerable before someone else finds out.

Plan and quote
We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.
Delivery
System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.
Monitoring and maintenance
The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

01Do you do cyber security yourselves or with a partner?

Yes, often more than by a large one. Small and medium companies are a frequent target of ransomware because they invest in protection less often, and one successful attack (locked data, a fraudulent payment) can halt the business for days. Basic measures pay off many times over.
03What is ransomware and how do I protect against it?
Ransomware is malware that locks (encrypts) your data and demands a ransom. Protection is layered: email and network protection so the attack doesn't get in, regular backups so you restore data without paying, and trained staff who don't open the trigger.
04Do you help with GDPR and the NIS2 directive?
Yes. We help arrange the technical and organisational measures and the documentation for GDPR compliance, and for companies falling under the NIS2 directive we assess the obligations and protection measures it requires.
05How does cooperation begin?
