About the service
What is protected
An unmonitored site is an invitation: a construction site with copper and tools, a warehouse with goods, an office building with servers and an archive. Protecting a site starts with the question of what exactly is being protected and from what, not with the number of guards. Sometimes the answer is a permanent guard post with entry control, sometimes a patrol at irregular intervals, and most often a combination of people and technology: a guard on site costs less when cameras and sensors connected to our alarm receiving centre take over part of the monitoring.
Guard posts
We organise permanent guard posts in 0-to-24 shifts or in a regime that follows your operations: nights and weekends, nights only, outside working hours only. The guard on site handles entry and exit control, a record of visitors and vehicles, monitors cameras and systems, and acts on the security plan we draw up for the site: from opening and closing to handling alarms, fires or power cuts. Every shift ends with a report available to you.
Patrols
Patrols are the solution for sites that don't justify a permanent guard: our vehicle visits the site several times during the night, at irregular, unpredictable intervals, with electronic patrol control (every point scanned, with a timestamp). A patrol also responds to alarms from the receiving centre: when your alarm goes off, a team already in the field arrives faster than anyone setting out from base.
Price and contracts
The price is set monthly per guard post or by the number of patrols, after a site visit and a security plan. In the quote we always separate the items: people, technology, alarm receiving centre, so you can see exactly what you pay for and where the combination saves money. For construction sites we offer flexible contracts that follow the phases of work, from excavation to handover.

Plan and quote
We carry out a risk assessment and a written quote with exact equipment, headcount and price. No hidden items, with the delivery deadline in writing.
Delivery
System installation or team deployment to plan. For technical systems: installation, configuration and handover with training for use.
Monitoring and maintenance
The alarm receiving centre takes over monitoring 0 to 24, and periodic servicing keeps the system in working order. One call and a technician is on site.

Frequently asked questions: premises security
01How much does a guard on site cost per month?
It depends on the regime: a permanent 0-24 post requires more shifts and is the highest cost, night or weekend guarding much lower, and patrols the lowest. After a site visit we give a quote with separated items, often a cheaper option with a combination of technology.
02What does a guard do during a shift?
They act on the security plan: entry and visitor control, patrols of the site at intervals, monitoring of cameras and alarms, handling of incidents and keeping a shift report. We draw up the plan together with you before the start.
03Are patrols really effective?
Yes, when they're unpredictable and documented: visits at irregular intervals with electronic scanning of points. They work best combined with an alarm: a team in the field arrives on activation within a few minutes.
04Can you take over a site as early as tomorrow?
For standard sites we organise a team, as a rule, within 48 hours, with an abbreviated security plan that's completed in the first week. For urgent cases (a break-in, dismissal of the current guard) we respond even faster, depending on the location.
05Do you also guard residential buildings?
Yes: a reception service, monitoring of garages and common areas, and patrols for co-ownership communities. With the building manager we define the regime and costs per co-ownership unit.
